Body Massage

Massage has lots of benefits and can have a positive effect on your whole body including your bones, muscles, skin, digestion, and your mental health.  Massage uses stroking, kneading, warming, rolling movements along with the pressing of skin and muscles.

Massage can support the body in a number of ways these include relaxing and refreshing tired and knotted muscles, improving blood circulation and can encourage the body to produce the natural chemicals in your body (endorphins) that make you feel happy.  Massage is also particularly beneficial in helping to relieve stress, anxiety and panic attacks as it can make you feel better about yourself and it can bring a sense of calmness and peacefullness.

Having a massage encourages blood flow, which in turn increases the amount of oxygen and nutrients that reach your body's organs and tissues. Whilst encouraging and supporting your body in the flow of goodness; it also encourages the body to rid itself of waste products, toxins, and excess water.
